These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the sona010 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account services. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a sona010 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered player) and sona010. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one sona010 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.
BDT Transactions Only
All financial transactions on sona010 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer channels. No currency conversion fees are charged by the platform.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sona010 login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is deemed to be authorised by you. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Bonus Fair Use
All bonuses and promotional offers on sona010 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Attempting to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus terms will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Platform Changes

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the sona010 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and sona010.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using sona010 and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any amendments.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where sona010 produces translated versions of these terms for informational purposes, the English version shall take precedence in all cases of discrepancy or ambiguity.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to sona010 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. sona010 operates an 18+ only policy without exception. 18+
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
- You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from sona010 or any affiliated platform.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of sona010 or any of its technology, payment, or gaming providers.
- You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
Age Verification
sona010 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. During the Know Your Customer (KYC) review process — which may be triggered at registration, upon first withdrawal request, or at any time at the discretion of sona010 — you may be required to provide government-issued identity documents confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority.
Any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, or where it is found that the account holder is under the age of 18, will be permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original deposit source after deducting any amounts already wagered. No winnings generated during the period of underage access will be paid out.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services on sona010 — including deposits, betting, casino play, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address.
Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point during your relationship with sona010 is true, accurate, and not misleading. sona010 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information — including falsifying identity documents — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban.
One Account Policy
Each player may hold only one registered account on sona010. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, sona010 will close all associated accounts, forfeit all pending bonus balances, and may withhold any withdrawal pending at the time of detection pending a full review.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your sona010 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. sona010 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact sona010 support immediately via live chat or at support@sona010. sona010 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach occurred as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on sona010 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sona010 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at sona010's discretion from time to time.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your sona010 account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
- Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited depending on the originating bank and transaction volume.
- sona010 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment source must belong to the registered account holder.
- Deposits are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced on the deposited funds, except in the case of a verified technical error on the part of sona010.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours during peak support hours (9:00 am – 12:00 am BST, UTC+6), and within 24 hours outside of those hours.
- Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in the same name as the sona010 account holder.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- sona010 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above ৳50,000.
- Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Bonus & Promotional Terms
sona010 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in the automatic expiry and cancellation of the bonus balance.
Eligible Games
Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. The game contribution table applicable to each promotion will be published on the promotion detail page. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards wagering, while live dealer table games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.
Bonus Abuse Policy
sona010 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Practices constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising variance; and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional terms.
Promotional Changes
sona010 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a promotion has commenced, if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or if required for regulatory compliance. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions via platform notification where reasonably practicable.
6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games available on sona010 — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, card games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game or market interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that game or market.
Game Outcomes & RNG Integrity
All RNG (Random Number Generator) game titles available on sona010 are provided by independent, third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and cannot be influenced, predicted, or manipulated by sona010, the game provider, or the player. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect independently verified, long-run statistical averages across all sessions for that title.
Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These games are subject to the rules presented by the live dealer at the commencement of each round. sona010 has no control over the outcome of live dealer game results; in the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, bets already placed and confirmed will be settled in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy.
Sports Betting Markets
Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football, kabaddi, and other events — are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body. In-play markets are settled based on the state of play at the time a bet was accepted. sona010 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or market integrity concern.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or software error that affects the integrity of a game session or bet, sona010 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will not be paid out. sona010 will endeavour to resolve all technical disputes fairly and promptly.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on sona010 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action where appropriate:
- Money Laundering: Using sona010 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity, tax evasion, or any other illegal source is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud & Chargebacks: Filing false chargebacks, disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith, or using stolen payment instruments to fund your account.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, card game, or sports betting market available on the platform.
- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human play.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal platform operation.
- Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets via your registered sona010 account.
- Hostile or Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language towards sona010 support staff, live dealer croupiers, or other platform users via any communication channel.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or materials from the sona010 platform without explicit written authorisation.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
sona010 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, for any of the reasons set out in these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason that sona010, in its reasonable judgement, considers sufficient to protect the platform, its players, or the integrity of its operations.
Closure by sona010
Where an account is closed by sona010 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any outstanding bonus balances and pending dispute amounts will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within 10 business days, unless the closure is a result of suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity — in which case the balance may be withheld pending investigation or law enforcement instruction.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your sona010 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at support@sona010. Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Please note that voluntary account closure does not automatically constitute a self-exclusion request — if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please explicitly request self-exclusion as described in our Responsible Gaming policy.
Responsible Gaming Closures
Players who request self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools available on sona010 will have their accounts suspended for the elected exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened, and the player will not receive any marketing or promotional communications from sona010.
